I am ordering from out of Uk will I have to pay Duty Charges ?

Our products are sold on a DDU (Delivery Duty unpaid) basis. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Recipients of deliveries made outside the European Union may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry. If this is the case, the delivery may be delayed. Roxy’s Fashion Ltd cannot offer any assistance in these processes. Can I send items as a gift ?

If you wish to send something to someone as a gift then you can use their address as the delivery address when you place your order. We don’t offer a gift wrapping service so the goods will arrive just like a normal order.

What happens if I receive and item that is damaged ?

If you receive your goods and they appear either broken or faulty, please contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange. Any such claims must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Why have I not received an order confirmation email ?

During busy periods confirmation emails may take a little longer than expected but please be assured we are working on your order! Please check your junk email folder. If you have not received any email after 24 hours please contact customer service team
